LE SAGE Steak Bistro sits in a lane off Pucheng Street in Taipei's Da'an District, near MRT Taipower Building Station and the Shida area. Every steak is cut fresh from the whole primal — USDA Prime Angus ribeye, thick-cut porterhouse, 28-day bone-in dry-aged beef and M9+ Australian Wagyu — then oven-roasted to lock in the juices.

We pour with the CORAVIN system, drawing wine without removing the cork so every glass stays in perfect condition. A selection of whiskies is also available by the glass.
